Lauren Zheng is an Analyst with the Project Finance team where she supports financial modeling, project valuation, and risk assessments for solar projects. 

Previously, Lauren was a Summer Consultant at Roland Berger, where she worked on a sustainability strategy project for waste management and new energy infrastructure in Dubai. She also contributed to several research institute and NGO projects focused on decarbonization and commodities pricing.

Lauren holds a Master’s degree in International Economics and Finance from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from New York University. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, hiking, cooking, and traveling.

Tom Kable is a Land Permitting Manager with the Planning & Engineering team. His work includes permitting, government relations, and project forecasting. 

Previously, Tom was a Project Manager with Network Connex, where he oversaw telecommunications projects in the State of California from project initiation all the way through construction. He additionally has worked for Crown Castle, a telecommunication-focused REIT, and for the State of Maryland’s State Highway Administration where he focused on environmental projects.

A Maryland native, Tom graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. In his spare time, he is an avid backpacker and amateur bluegrass musician.

Shahsank Swaminathan is a Quantitative Energy Analyst on the Transmission and Grid Integration Team. 

He supports interconnection strategy by developing data-driven insights, automating congestion assessments, and analyzing market fundamentals across major U.S. ISOs.

Born and raised in Chennai, India, Shashank holds a Master’s Degree in Energy Science, Technology and Policy from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Madras. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching soccer, following live sports, staying up to date with climate-tech innovation, and singing classical Indian classical music.

Savohna Brown is the Accounting Manager. She manages accounting and bookkeeping systems, oversees accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows, and supports the budgeting process. She also assists with ad hoc financial projects as needed to ensure smooth financial operations.

Prior to joining ibV Energy, she gained over eight years of experience in corporate and nonprofit accounting. Savohna holds a Bachelor of Science in International Economics and Finance from Austin College and is currently pursuing her CPA designation. She is also active in volunteering and serves on nonprofit boards.

In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, being outdoors, journaling, and spending time with her Maltipoo, Lennox.

Thomas Barr is a Senior Associate on the Finance team, where he supports financial planning and analysis, corporate strategy, and cross-functional initiatives that drive business performance. His work spans budgeting, forecasting, and developing scalable reporting processes.

Prior to joining the team, Thomas worked in finance at a privately held battery distributor, partnering with sales and operations to improve forecasting accuracy and margin performance. Before that, he held roles in the real estate industry, supporting investment analysis, and portfolio management.

Originally from New York, Thomas earned his degree from the College of Holy Cross. Outside of work, he spends time with his dog, Astro, and enjoys cooking and traveling.

Alejandro is the Associate Director, Renewables M&A, coordinating internal/external transaction-related activities, as well as investments and divestments to our renewable projects.

Prior to joining ibV Energy Partners, Alejandro was a Vice President in the Power & Utilities Group at Barclays. Over the course of five years at the firm, he had the opportunity to work on both sell-side and buy-side transactions across the renewable energy sector. Prior to that, he held a role as an investment banker in his native country of Colombia.

Alejandro graduated with an MBA from the University of Virginia, with a focus in Finance. In his spare time, Alejandro enjoys traveling, playing golf, and tennis.

Brook Price is a CAD/GIS Analyst with a focus on using geographic data to collect, analyze, and interpret spatial information. Brook supports decision-making and problem-solving efforts related to geography and location-based trends, helping teams optimize their strategies.

Previously, Brook worked as an OSP Engineer at SAM, where he designed telecommunication networks. His experience has equipped him with a strong foundation in spatial analysis and engineering design.

Brook resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Iowa. Outside of work. he enjoys playing sports such as golf, basketball, and running.

Anthony C. Ho is the Executive Director of Finance & Risk Management. He primarily focuses on financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting and forecasting, upscaling finance capabilities, and providing critical support to other divisions.

Previously, Anthony has spent time at privately held and private equity-backed portfolio companies supporting M&A, integrations, and transformation. Additionally, he has spent time at Brink’s, CBRE, and Conduent.

Born and raised in Texas, he attended and graduated from Baylor University, majoring in Distribution Management & Technologies (Logistics & Supply Chain). Anthony spends his free time golfing and hiking.

Rick McCarty is a Land Research Analyst. His work includes assessing environmental factors, zoning regulations, land use, land ownership, and property values.

Previously, Rick worked as a Junior Developer with Aura Power, where he gained valuable experience in landowner engagement, site assessment, and lease negotiations. He also brings extensive business experience, having owned and managed McCarty Insurance Agency before transitioning into the renewables industry. Rick earned his business degree from the Meinders School of Business at Oklahoma City University.

A retired collegiate wrestler and a 3x All-American National Champion, Rick channels his passion for mentorship as a coach for his youth wrestling club. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending quality time with his family.

Spencer Li is an Analyst with the Project Finance team. Her work focuses on portfolio management, investment strategy, and M&A.

Previously, Spencer worked as an investment analyst at a securities firm, where she specialized in risk assessment, financial modeling, and portfolio management. She also has experience as an audit analyst and financial analyst in various industries.

Spencer graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Master of Science in Finance. In her spare time, Spencer enjoys cooking, traveling, and cuddling with her dog.

Bijoy Chatt is a Senior Director of Transmission & Grid Integration. His areas of work include transmission modeling, analytics, and strategy focusing on RTOs/ISOs and utilities. 

Prior to ibV Energy Partners, Bijoy worked in transmission planning, asset management, transmission modeling & analytics, transmission strategy for electric utilities, and consulting practices.

Bijoy has Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. degrees in Electric Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas, Dallas. He has also attended an Executive MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and obtained a product management certificate from Harvard University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). In his spare time, Bijoy enjoys traveling and hiking. 

Rebeca Martinez is the People Operations Manager. In this role, she is primarily responsible for employee support and all Human Resources initiatives. 

Prior to joining ibV Energy, Rebeca worked as an HR and Regulatory Affairs Coordinator, and she has worked in various industries with experience in recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and executive administration.

Rebecca graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University. In her spare time, Rebeca enjoys cooking, kayaking, traveling, and taking her dog on adventures. 

Lisa Warren is a Lead Developer with the Project Development team. Her work includes site identification, permitting, community relations, and civic engagement. 

Previously, Lisa was a commercial project manager and permitting director with Energy Vault, where she negotiated commercial contracts and managed full environmental compliance for utility-scale energy storage development projects. Lisa has served as a permitting specialist to all sectors of the energy industry, including the development of natural gas pipelines and LNG facilities, compliance management for fossil-fuel fired power generation, and development/construction of utility-scale renewable energy resources (wind and solar).

A Colorado native, Lisa graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Biology and from the University of Colorado Denver with a Master of Landscape Architecture. In her spare time, she is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and paddleboarding in the mountains of Colorado where she resides with her daughter, Laci. 

Nathan Headrick is the Senior Director of ROW. His work focuses on, but is not limited to, Right of Way projects, as well as assisting development in various roles. 

Previously, Nathan was the Senior Manager of Development for Origis Energy. Nathan has over 15 years of experience in the renewable sector including roles in wind, solar, green hydrogen, battery storage, and transmission.

In his previous career, Nathan was a Texas high school and college football coach.

Caroline Yang is a Senior Analyst, Data & Risk Management – Business Process Management. She is responsible for dashboard design and construction, management information systems (MIS), and monitoring project risks from both the development and financial sides. 

Prior to joining ibV Energy, Caroline worked as a business/data analyst across various industries including retail, finance, and technology. She has been focusing on leveraging data with visualized results to extract insights and support decision-making.

Caroline graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Master of Science in Business Analytics and Risk Management. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys playing instruments, photography, and traveling.

Alice Liu is an Analyst with the Finance Controlling team. Her work focuses on FP&A, financial strategy, tax equity finance, investment analysis, valuation, and M&A. 

Previously, Alice worked as an investment analyst at a securities company, where she specialized in financial modeling, due diligence, and M&A initiatives. She also has experience as an accountant at both an accounting firm and a manufacturing firm.

Alice graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Master of Science in International Economics and Finance and from Baruch College with a Bachelor of Accounting and Mathematics. In her spare time, Alice enjoys skateboarding, stand-up paddling, and writing blogs.

Xiang Xiang Fang is a Senior Analyst, Data & Risk Management – Data & Quality Controls. Her work is focused on portfolio and risk management. 

Previously, Xiang Xiang served as a climate fellow with Montgomery County’s Department of Environmental Protection, where she conducted research and analysis on sustainable technologies, clean tech funding, energy programs, and urban planning, providing strategic recommendations for local and state initiatives.

Xiang Xiang graduated from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health with a Master of Science in Environmental Health and from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences. In her spare time, Xiang Xiang enjoys fitness, being outdoors, and reading.

Prajwal Shinde is a Senior Analyst, Solar Engineer at ibV Energy Partners. Prawal focuses mainly on site and electrical designs, constructability, energy estimation, and preconstruction. 

Prior to joining ibV, Prajwal worked on utility-scale solar, mainly in the National Grid region. Prajwal started his career in renewables as a solar design engineer, working on electrical designs, layout, and energy modeling for both preconstruction and post-construction. He was a major part of the construction team as an electrical engineer until the end of the project energization.

Prajwal graduated from the University of New Haven in 2020 with a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. After graduating, he has been actively involved in the design and construction of solar projects. In his free time, he enjoys playing cricket and watching soccer tournaments. He also enjoys hiking and exploring new places with mountains and beaches.

Emanuel Peterson, Jr. is a Senior Analyst within the Planning & Engineering Department at ibV Energy. Emanuel focuses mainly on site designs, constructability, civil constraint analysis, and preconstruction. 

Prior to ibV Energy, Emanuel worked on utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS projects, mainly in the MISO region. Before Emanuel pivoted his career into renewables, he worked in preconstruction and construction project management, where his projects included natural gas generation, multi-family residential, and commercial.

Emanuel graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus in Construction Engineering and Management. In his spare time, Emanuel enjoys working on his old school car, cooking, reading, watching football, traveling, and mentoring the youth.

Peter Zou is an Associate with the Project Finance team. His work is focused on portfolio management, investment strategy, and M&A. 

Previously, Peter worked in management consulting, where he focused on M&A due diligence. He additionally worked as an equity research analyst at an investment bank.

Peter graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Master of Science in Business Analytics and from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics. In his spare time, Peter enjoys traveling, hiking, and cooking.

Kshitij Chopra is a Senior Analyst with the Planning and Engineering team. His work is focused on electrical engineering design, project development, yield forecasting, supporting procurement, and M&A activities. 

Previously, Kshitij worked with solar development and investment firms wherein he worked on a breadth of domains including site origination, project development, engineering design, business development, and project finance.

Kshitij holds a Master of Science in Energy Systems from Northeastern University and a Master of Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication from Amity University. Kshitij has several publications in peer-reviewed journals for his research in the domains of energy harvesting, energy storage, and business management. He is based out of Boston, Massachusetts. In his spare time, Kshitij enjoys sci-fi movies, MMA, and photography.

Nico is an Associate with the Corporate Finance and Investments team. Prior to joining ibV Energy Partners, Nico worked in the C&I solar industry as a project structuring senior analyst supporting project analysis and pricing, as well as policy research efforts. 

Nico earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Georgetown College and his Master of Science in Finance from the University of Kentucky. In his spare time, he enjoys playing or watching sports, especially basketball, as well as cooking and traveling to his home country of Spain.

Abhijit Potdar is an Assistant Manager of Transmission Markets and Engineering with the Power Marketing and Analytics team. His primary responsibilities involve overseeing interconnection activities for solar PV + storage projects in MISO, PJM, SPP, and ERCOT. He is responsible for creating and verifying electrical models for these projects. Additionally, Abhijit is tasked with maintaining and periodically updating IC design-related Capex estimates for the projects.

Abhijit, formerly a specialist at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, conducted a thorough analysis of various global utility interconnection standards and served as a subject matter expert. In addition, he contributed to projects involving IoT, the Future of Utility, and Virtual Power Plants, among others. He possesses a practical comprehension of various network analysis tools such as PSS/E, PSCAD, EMTP-RV, DigSilent PowerFactory, ATP, and more.

Abhijit, a native of Sangli in India, obtained his Bachelor of Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli. Additionally, he earned his Master of Technology in Power Systems from the College of Engineering, Pune. In his spare time, Abhijit enjoys post-crossing, trekking, and playing badminton.

Alex de Borja is an Associate with the Corporate Finance & Investments team. His work is primarily focused on portfolio & investment management, M&A, and capital strategy for the company. 

Previously, Alex was a Project Finance Analyst with Origis Energy, where he helped close over 300 MW of Solar + BESS projects, as well as a $750 million construction credit facility. Additionally, he worked at NextEra for 2 years with the Finance Leadership program.

A New York native, Alex graduated from the Boston College Carroll School of Management with a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Finance & Marketing. In his spare time, he is a passionate sports fan, golfer, and world traveler.

Matthew Brand is the Manager of Renewables Markets Fundamentals. His work focuses on market intelligence and forecasting power prices for company-related projects.

Previously, Matthew worked at NextEra Energy on the market analysis team, where he specialized in forecasting zonal power prices in the ERCOT market as well as the Eastern Interconnection region. He brings an applied understanding of market tools such as Aurora, Ventyx, and SNL Analytics.

A Florida Transplant from New York, Matthew holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, fishing, and playing tennis.

Declan Crouse is an Associate Director on the Transmission and Grid Integration team.

Previously, he worked in Transmission Planning at ITC Holdings performing grid reliability, load interconnection, and compliance studies.

Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Declan attended Drexel University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Nuclear Engineering. When he is not working, he is golfing, reading, taking long walks with his dog, or spending time with family and friends.

Dalia Jimenez is a Lead Project Developer and has been in the environmental sector for several years. She has extensive experience working with non-profits for environmental justice.

She has also worked as a park ranger and for the San Francisco Department of the Environment. She then transitioned to the utility-solar sector in 2020 where she managed projects in the Southeast, including one which was the largest solar farm in the state of North Carolina.

Dalia was born and raised in California where she attended school at San Francisco State University to achieve a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies. Dalia now resides on the East Coast with her two tuxedo cats and long-time partner. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and cooking new recipes as well as hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

David VanderVieren is a Lead Project Developer team where he focuses on development from site control and permitting to EPC handoff. David is primarily focused on developments in the Western United States.

David has previous experience listening to community members’ needs and concerns on a vast array of projects. In his spare time, David enjoys hiking and camping throughout the region. He also makes his own homemade Kombucha from time to time.

Douglas Taylor is a Lead Project Developer. His work is focused on the PJM and MISO regions and includes site identification, permitting, community relations, and civic engagement. 

Douglas initially began his career in the renewables industry with SunEnery1, a Development and EPC, where he focused on environmental aspects of the solar process. Additionally, he handled projects that required intense state and federal permits and approvals. As a long-time Charlottean, from North Carolina, Douglas graduated from Catawba College with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science. In his spare time, you can find him at a concert, volunteering, or spending time with his friends.

Larry Winslow is a Director on the Grid Interconnection team where he works to advance projects through RTO’s interconnection queues. He accomplishes this by verifying system impact study results, determining optimal interconnection configurations, and authenticating project equipment costs. 

From prior positions, he is very familiar with the SPP, MISO, and PJM regions. At Arevon Energy (a solar and BESS developer), he was responsible for leading projects through RTO’s queue process. At Xcel Energy, he processed 90+ queue projects requesting interconnection to SPS’s transmission system.

In his spare time, he is a movie buff and enjoys road biking, though Phoenix’s summer heat can interfere with this.

Amr Moustafa is a Sr. Associate with the Corporate Finance & Investments team. His work is focused on investment planning, M&A, risk management, and capital strategy. 

Previously, Amr spent his early career in investment banking at Credit Suisse, where he covered the Global Energy & Transition sector. A New York native, Amr graduated from Baruch College (CUNY), Zicklin School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Investments.

In his spare time, he is an avid hiker and aspiring home cook, experimenting with various cuisines and perfecting his culinary skills.

Colton Vaughan is a Lead Project Developer. His work is focused on the SPP region and includes site identification, permitting, community relations, and civic engagement. 

Previously, Colton was a project manager with the SAM LLC, where he managed projects in the fiber optic industry. He additionally worked at Three Rivers Operating Company III LLC as the company’s surface landman.

A Colorado native, Colton graduated from Colorado Mesa University with a Bachelor of Science in Land and Energy Management. He is OSHA certified and has undergone additional training in land practices and GIS. In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports as well as fishing and hunting.

Eric Schwartz is an Analyst within the BESS Development team. 

Previously, Eric was a Business Analyst at a Battery Storage technology company where he focused on commercial pipeline and market intelligence. Prior to that, he has experience working in utilities, startups, and financial services.

Eric holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School with a concentration in Energy and Sustainable Enterprise. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Carolina State University. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, the lake, and spending time with family and friends.

Before joining ibV Energy, Kevin worked in energy finance as an investment banking associate, supporting the firm’s A&D advisory practice, and covering both oil & gas and the energy transition.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the George Washington University with a focus on International Business. In his spare time, he is a passionate foodie and enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.

Jonathan Greenhut is a Manager within the Planning & Engineering Department at ibV Energy. Jonathan focuses mostly on civil designs, project feasibility and constructability, and regulation compliance. 

Prior to ibV Energy, Jonathan worked on many different types of commercial, residential, industrial, and solar projects within Colorado and the United States. Jonathan graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering, emphasizing in energy conversion, and also earned a minor degree in Economics. Jonathan is also a Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado. In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys hiking Colorado 14ers, skiing, playing tennis, running, and traveling.

Vaibhav Singh Chauhan is Manager of Grid Interconnection and Transmission. His work focuses on injection analysis and interconnection studies for identifying suitable greenfield sites.

Previously, Vaibhav worked at ICF on the ERCOT Transmission team where he specialized in basis and curtailment risk, in addition to managing greenfield siting studies. He brings an applied understanding of market tools such as TARA (PowerGem), Promod, and Ventex and has performed load flow studies using Matlab Simulink and ETAP.

A native of U.P. in India and currently residing in Bangalore, Vaibhav graduated in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology and later pursued his Master of Science in Power Systems from NIT Trichy. He is a fitness enthusiast and competitively plays soccer, cricket, and volleyball.

Sarah Decrescenzo is the Associate within the Financial & Corporate Operations team. Her focus is in accounting with financial reporting, and daily operations. Previously Sarah has work in the non-profit sector along with, aviation and manufacturing in North Carolina.

Sarah graduated from High Point University in North Carolina, with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration and working towards her MBA. During her leisure time, Sarah has always enjoyed traveling, camping and spending time with family.

Robert Kellam is the Manager on the Corporate Finance and Investments team. His work is focused on providing valuation/commercial guidance through the project development process, as well as leading M&A initiatives and managing funding across the Company’s portfolio.

Previously, Robert worked several years at a professional valuation services firm, where he performed numerous valuations of operating businesses in multiple sectors, private equity and venture capital vehicles, real estate investment entities, and private debt investments.

Robert graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.  In his spare time, he enjoys biking and trivia.

Steven Link is a Senior Project Developer. His work is focused on the Midwest, PJM, and ERCOT regions and include site identification, permitting, community relations, and civic engagement. 

Previously, Steven was a senior developer responsible for the front end development of projects in MISO, PJM, and several RTO markets, where he specialized in landowner and local official engagements.

A Florida transplant from Alaska, Steven graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. In his spare time he is an avid fisherman and is out fishing with his family at every opportunity.

AJ is Lead Project Developer. His work is focused in the MISO region and specializes in site identification and development.

Previously, AJ had extensive background in business and commercial construction management, being part of the management team for new ground up commercial construction projects in Michigan.

He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Northwood University. In his spare time, AJ enjoys sports, live music, and perfecting the art of smoking meat.

Clark Rein is a Senior Project Developer on the Project Development team. Previously, he worked as a Development Manager for the west region at Vesper Energy, managing projects from greenfield development through financial close and NTP in the WECC, ERCOT, and CAISO markets. He previously worked as a Development Manager for ibV Energy Partners after having a 20+ year career in the environmental permitting industry. 

Clark’s earliest experience with renewables came in late 2003, writing portions of the first Wind Siting Guidance document. After that introduction to the renewables industry, he continued managing complex permitting, siting, and post-construction monitoring aspects of wind and solar projects for both the federal government and numerous private developers for 17 years. He then transitioned from his project management role in the environmental permitting field to solely focus on development during his first tenure with ibV Energy Partners.

Clark currently lives in eastern Kansas. Clark earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Environmental Science from Stephen F. Austin State University. In his spare time, Clark enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, biking, camping, fly fishing, and hunting.

Colin Wedesky is a Lead Project Developer. His work is focused in the MISO region and specializes in site identification and development.

Previously, Colin had an extensive background in business, both being part of and leading new venture teams in Michigan’s beverage industry.

In his spare time, Colin enjoys camping, hiking, and fishing. He also makes his own homemade wine, scouring most of his ingredients from local Michigan farmers.

Wesley Smith is a Manager with the Project Development team. His work is focused on the MISO and PJM regions and include site identification, permitting, community relations, and civic engagement.

Previously, Wes was a manufacturing supervisor at Grammer Americas, where he oversaw the production and quality of the midnight shift.

An Ohio native, Wes was a Sergeant in the United States Army. He is OSHA safety certified and has taken classes at Tiffin University. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching his son’s football, basketball, and baseball teams.

Aman Sharma is a Manager of Grid Integration. His work is focused on interconnection activities for full lifecycle of solar + storage projects in MISO, PJM, SPP, WECC and ERCOT regions.

Previously, Aman was a senior consultant at Guidehouse working on interconnection studies, investment analysis and research for utilities across the US. Aman also worked with Black & Veatch and Siemens in the past.

Based out of India, Aman graduated from Arizona State University with an Master of Science in Electrical Engineering. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). In his spare time, he loves to read, workout, cook and travel.

Patrick Ripa is an Executive Director with the Planning and Engineering team. His work is focused on both early- and late-stage development for permitting, constructability, site layouts, and environmental constraints. Pat is a licensed civil engineer in multiple states.

Previously, Pat was a consultant with Langan Engineering, where he designed and permitted land development projects in many industries, ranging from industrial to residential developments. He has several years of solar development experience, mainly on the east coast.

Pat resides in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is a graduate of Clarkson University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He enjoys being outdoors on the golf course and skiing.

Joseph Perez is a Senior Manager with the Power Marketing & Analytics team. His team focuses on market fundamentals that include price forecasting, nodal studies, basis risk, and production cost modeling of utility-scale renewable projects.

Prior to joining ibV Energy, Joe was a generation planner with American Electric Power, where he specialized in long-term capacity expansion planning. Additionally, he has experience submitting testimony and serving as a company witness in regulatory proceedings.

An Ohio native, Joe holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Master of Financial Economics from Ohio University.

Henry Peltz is Manager of Corporate Finance & Investments. His work focuses on evaluating new investment opportunities, managing project financials, overseeing portfolio and corporate cash flows, and leading M&A and other transactional processes.

Previously, Henry was a Financial Analyst at Enviva Biomass, where he led FP&A and Corporate Finance activities for the world’s largest manufacturer of industrial wood pellets. He also worked in valuations and management consulting roles in the past.

Originally from New York, Henry graduated from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce, with a Bachelor’s in Analytics. He is also a CFA Charterholder. In his free time, Henry enjoys hiking, running, and cooking.

Kyle Lewis is a land acquisition specialist where he focuses on the TVA, GA and ERCOT regions. His work includes site identification, lease negotiations and right of way acquisitions.

Previously, Kyle was a human intelligence specialist in the U.S. Army, where he identified potential sources, conducted debriefings, and created intelligence reports that influenced high level decision making.

Kyle was born in Southern California and raised in Las Vegas. He holds certifications from the U.S. Army Human Intelligence Course and graduated from the Defense Language Institute with language certifications in French. In his spare time, Kyle enjoys fantasy sports, and watching big budget films and TV shows.

Jack Leesnitzer is a Manager with the Planning & Engineering team. His work includes high-voltage scope project management, solar site layouts, yield forecasting, equipment procurement, and M&A engineering support.

Previously, Jack held roles in project management, power delivery, structural, and site civil engineering. In these positions, he was responsible for grid expansion EPC projects, as well as greenfield and brownfield site development.

Jack graduated from UNC Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is based out of Charlotte, North Carolina, where he enjoys soccer, playing live music, and traveling with his friends and family.

Digvijay (DJ) Kamthane is a Manager with the Planning & Engineering team. His work focuses on solar + storage project engineering and includes site evaluation, yield assessment, engineering optimization and procurement outreach.

Previously, DJ worked for TRC where he designed and reviewed code-compliant electrical design packages. He was actively involved across the residential, C&I, and utility-scale solar and storage space.

DJ graduated from Northeastern University Boston with a Master of Science in Energy Systems. He is OSHA certified and has secured a NABCEP PV Associate credential. In his spare time, he plays tennis and loves to spend time with friends and family.

Tim Groszkowski is an Associate with the Project Development team. He leads all aspects of managing the development process of solar PV projects up to the start of construction, from site acquisition to securing discretionary state and local permits.

Prior to joining ibV Energy, Tim was a real estate professional and former small business owner, having owned several successful retail businesses across northern Virginia.

Tim earned his Bachelor’s from George Mason University with a concentration in Sustainability and Energy Resources Studies. In his spare time, Tim enjoys traveling, the beach, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.

Alex Gregory oversees EPC operations and community relations for the Company. His impact spans project design and implementation supported by his expertise in contract management, cost estimation and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) supervision.

Alex has led project management for several of the largest EPC arms across the east coast, with over 500 MW of installed capacity. Vice-Chair of his hometown planning and zoning board in Orange Co., he also leads the Community Relations division.

Alex is an North Carolina native, OSHA 30 and NABCEP certified, and a licensed Real Estate Broker. In his free time he is an avid golfer and backcountry snowboarder.

Steve Estoclet is a Manager with the Power Marketing & Analytics team. His work is focused on project modeling, pricing, M&A and market research across the Company’s portfolio.

Previously, Steve worked for a renewable load serving entity, where he worked on REC procurement and power purchasing, as well as on community solar development initiatives.

Steve graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Energy, Business, and Finance. He is an avid tennis player and resides in Washington, DC.

Nathan Donnelly is an Analyst with the Project Development team. His work is focused on the Midwest and Western regions and includes site identification, permitting, community relations, and civic engagement.

Previously, Nathan was a Field Researcher in the commercial real estate industry, where he took part in project creation in multiple US cities, as well as in Australia.

A long-time Missouri resident, Nathan spent most of his time in competitive gymnastics growing up. After finishing in 6th place at the 2016 Trampoline Olympic Trials, he moved to NYC to start his Field Research career. He enjoys crossfit and actively competes in kettlebell sports.

Nathan is the Director of Land Acquisitions and brings 17 years of land acquisition experience. His work cuts across all of the Company’s markets and includes leasing and purchasing property, site identification, community relations and civic engagement.

Previously, Nathan worked in the coal mining industry, purchasing and leasing properties for mining extraction and reclamation.

A Kentucky native, he graduated from BSCTC, majoring in Industrial Electronics and is a certified drone pilot. Nathan enjoys hiking, geology, coaching his kids’ sports teams and volunteering with the Boy Scouts.

Matt Chester is the Communications Manager for the Company, focusing on strategic messaging and brand awareness. In collaboration with our talented staff, he leads the writing of thought pieces, many of which are placed in professional trade journals across the energy space.

Matt has over 15 years of experience in analyzing US energy policy, including writing on state and federal policies and its impacts on the renewables industry.

A graduate of the University of Virginia, he received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with minors in Civil Engineering and Science & Technology Policy. Matt is passionate about the evolution of new energy technology and is also a writer for Energy Central.

Chuyan Cheng is a Manager on the Power Marketing & Analytics team. Her work is focused on offtaker proposals and energy market research.

Previously, Chuyan was a graduate consultant working with the DC Department of Energy and Environment, where she reviewed federal- and state-level solar policies and provided solutions to facilitate the decarbonization process. She additionally worked at research institutions as a research assistant, conducting policy analyses on emerging technologies and nuclear security.

Chuyan graduated from Johns Hopkins SAIS with a Master of Science in International Economics and Energy, Resources, and Environment. In her spare time, Chuyan enjoys yoga and live music.

Sudipto Bhowmik is the Senior Director of Grid Integration where he leads all transmission-based activities for the Company. He is the primary relationship manager to utility grid teams and ISO/TOs. Under his supervision, the Company has queued multiple GWs of new projects across the majority of major ISOs and bilateral markets.

Previously, Sudipto led transmission systems analysis at Burns & McDonnell and Nexant. He has worked on transmission systems planning across North America, Europe, and Africa.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from RV College of Engineering (Bangalore) and his Master of Science and PhD in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University. When not engaged in grid analysis, he can be found in the hottest salsa clubs across the US southwest.

Olivia Benjamin is the Director of Financial & Corporate Operations. In this role, she is responsible for leading the team’s accounting, operational finance, and human resources initiatives.

Prior to joining ibV Energy, Olivia held various finance leadership roles across a number of industries including intellectual property, hospitality, and higher education; and has extensive experience overseeing financial operations, reporting, and auditing.

Olivia graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics & Latin, an MBA from Florida Tech, and a Master of Arts in Economics from American University. In her spare time, Olivia enjoys baking, tennis, and touring vineyards.

Eric Wedesky is a Senior Project Developer where he supervises projects from site control and permitting to EPC handoff. Eric primarily oversees developments across PJM, MISO, and SPP.

Eric initially began his career in the renewables industry with the Solar Provider Group, a development shop based in Toronto, Canada. There, he focused on community solar and distributed generation (DG) projects. Prior to that, he had an award-winning tenure as an economic and community developer at Michigan’s Eastern Upper Peninsula Regional Planning & Development Commission.

Eric is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Urban & Regional Planning from Michigan State University. His passions include anything to do with the great outdoors and the misery one gets from local sports.
